Cindy Hamre Incha's Clerk of Circuit Court office maintains the underlying county file, while municipal courts in Watertown, Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Lake Mills, and Whitewater control their local ordinance matters. Waterloo has no municipal court, so its ordinance and traffic cases use the Circuit Court route.
